World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Item upgrades provide players with the ability to upgrade their equipment that they already own. This can be done at any item upgrader NPC.
Generally, upgrades boost an item's main stats and provide extras depending on the item type. Examples include Whistan’s shield for FB Sorcs, and Goldwraps for casting builds.
Armour
Link's armor is an essential element to protect him from harm. Although it isn't upgraded like weapons, you can enhance its defence capabilities in different ways.

Generally speaking, the most popular kind of utilitarian item is the Flashlight that illuminates the surrounding area. Other useful items include the Helicopter Cap and Rocket Boots which allow the player float in mid-air while moving and the Jetpack that allows the player to accelerate in all directions while on the ground. In the Engineering section, you can quickly create a variety of utility items, while others are available only through research projects or experimental projects on the Proving Ground.
Players can unlock more powerful utility items in addition to the ones available in their regular inventory by purchasing them from the Atomic Shop or from seasonal Scoreboard rewards. Some of these items can be upgraded to allow greater effectiveness.
